Differential Heating

The amount of heat energy received at different parts of Earth
Real World Example
Imagine trying to tan evenly while lying on a beach towel under the sun. Just like how parts of your body might tan differently based on their angle to the sun, the Earth receives varying amounts of heat energy at different locations because of its tilt and shape. Just as the orientation and position of your body determine which parts absorb more sun, the curvature and inclination of the Earth mean that equatorial regions receive more direct sunlight and heat compared to the poles, leading to differential heating across the planet.
