Heterogeneous Equilibrium

Equilibrium condition for a reaction in which all the reactants and products are in two or more different states, (solid, liquid, or gas)

Real World Example

Imagine you're trying to balance a seesaw with a child on one side and a stack of books on the other. This is similar to a heterogeneous equilibrium where different states (solid, liquid, gas) must balance each other out to achieve stability. Just like you need the right amount of weight on either side of the seesaw, in a heterogeneous equilibrium, the different states of reactants and products must be balanced correctly, despite their different forms, to maintain a steady state in the reaction.
