Biome

Large areas with similar climates, plants, and animals, like a tundra, taiga or desert
Real World Example
Imagine trying to choose an outfit for the day based on the weather outside. Just like how our clothing choices need to match the temperature and conditions we expect, biomes are regions where the climate dictates the types of plants and animals that can thrive. In this analogy, the weather is like the climate of a biome, our clothing choices are akin to the plants and animals adapted to that biome, and just as we wouldn’t wear a winter coat in the desert, certain species wouldn't survive outside their natural biome.
