Osmosis

The diffusion of water through a semipermeable membrane
Real World Example
Imagine you're at a crowded concert, and the line for the restroom is much longer on one side of the venue than the other. Just like how people move to the shorter line to relieve the imbalance, water molecules move through a semipermeable membrane from an area of low solute concentration to high solute concentration to balance things out. In this scenario, the concertgoers are like water molecules, the restroom lines represent the concentrations, and the venue acts as the semipermeable membrane that allows movement to achieve equilibrium.
