Sarcomere

The muscle fiber that causes muscle contraction, it is made of myofibrils
Real World Example
Imagine trying to organize a long, tangled string of holiday lights so they can shine brightly across your living room. Just like untangling each section of those lights allows them to stretch out and illuminate the space, the sarcomere, which is the fundamental unit within a muscle fiber, works to bring about muscle contraction. Just as each tiny bulb and wire segment must align perfectly for the whole string to light up, every sarcomere must precisely align and contract in synchrony, like a series of tiny, well-coordinated light strings, to enable your muscles to contract and perform tasks.
