Myosin

The thick protein filament found in myofibrils of skeletal cells

Real World Example

Imagine trying to move a heavy piece of furniture across a room by pulling on a rope. This is similar to how myosin works in your muscles to create movement. Just like you rely on the rope to pull and shift the furniture, myosin acts like the "rope" in your muscle cells, attaching and pulling on actin filaments (the "furniture") to contract and move your muscles.
