Pathogen

A disease-causing agent, like a bacteria, virus, or parasite
Real World Example
Imagine you're at home and suddenly there's an unexpected power outage. Just as the outage disrupts your daily routine by shutting down essential appliances and halting activities, a pathogen disrupts your body's normal functions by invading and affecting healthy cells. In this analogy, the power outage represents a pathogen, the halted appliances are like affected body functions, and just as the outage causes inconvenience, the pathogen causes illness by disturbing the body's equilibrium.
