Real World Example

Imagine you're at a party, and you hear a funny joke that makes you laugh out loud, causing others around you to start laughing too. This is similar to fluorescence, where a substance absorbs light (like you hearing the joke) and then emits light (like your laughter) as a result. Just as your laughter spreads joy and reactions to others, the substance releases light after absorbing it, spreading energy in a visible form.
