Pressure

Force exerted per unit area
Real World Example
Imagine trying to walk across a snow-covered field without sinking. This is similar to the concept of pressure because just like how your weight (force) is distributed across the surface of the snow (area) by wearing snowshoes, pressure is the force applied over a specific area. By increasing the area of your footsteps with snowshoes, you decrease the pressure on the snow, preventing you from sinking, just as spreading force over a larger area reduces pressure in scientific terms.
