Cells using oxygen to produce energy from food
Real World Example
Imagine trying to start your car on a cold winter morning, only to find that the engine won't turn over without the right fuel and a spark. Similarly, our cells need oxygen to "ignite" the fuel we consume (like glucose from food) to produce energy efficiently. Just as your car requires gasoline and a spark plug to convert fuel into movement, cells require oxygen to convert food into usable energy, powering our body's "engine" to keep us moving throughout the day.
