Blood Pressure

The force that the blood exerts on the walls of the arteries
Real World Example
Imagine you are trying to inflate a balloon without it popping. This situation is similar to how blood pressure works, where the air inside the balloon represents the blood, and the balloon's rubber surface symbolizes the artery walls. Just as the air exerts pressure on the balloon's surface, the blood exerts force on the walls of the arteries, and just like you need to manage how much air goes into the balloon to prevent it from bursting, the body needs to regulate blood pressure to maintain healthy artery function.
