Cells using oxygen to produce energy from food
Real World Example
Imagine trying to make a cup of coffee in the morning to kickstart your day, but first, you need to plug in the coffee maker to get it brewing. Similarly, our cells need to "plug in" to oxygen to start producing energy from the food we eat. Just as the coffee maker transforms coffee grounds and water into a fresh cup of coffee using electricity, cells use oxygen to convert glucose from food into usable energy, ensuring our bodies are ready to tackle the day.
