Reradiate

Reradiate Definition

Imagine you're at a party, and someone tells you a juicy piece of gossip that you can't wait to share. Just like how you absorb that information and then later share it with others, objects absorb energy from their surroundings and then emit it as well. When you think about reradiating energy, it's similar to hearing and spreading a rumor; the object first 'hears' (absorbs) the energy and then 'spreads' (emits) it to its environment.
