Power

The rate at which work is done, it is measured in watts (W)

Real World Example

Imagine you're in a rush to clean your house before guests arrive, and you only have an hour to do it all. Just like you aim to clean as much as possible in the shortest time, power measures how quickly work can be done, and it's quantified in watts. In this analogy, the amount of cleaning you accomplish is akin to the "work," the time you have is like the "time interval," and how efficiently you manage to clean reflects the "power" or the rate at which you're doing the work.
