An area of deposited sediment along a coast
Real World Example
Imagine trying to organize a closet that constantly accumulates clothes, shoes, and accessories. Just like the closet gradually fills up with items over time, a beach is an area where sediment is continuously deposited along the coast. In both cases, there's a natural collection process: for the closet, it's the accumulation of personal belongings; for the beach, it's the gathering of sand, gravel, and other materials carried by the wind and waves.
