A group of similar cells working together to perform the same function

Real World Example

Imagine trying to organize a group of friends to move a heavy piece of furniture. Just like how each friend takes a specific position and works in unison to lift and carry the furniture to the desired location, a tissue in biology is made up of similar cells that come together to perform a specific function. In this analogy, each friend represents a cell, their coordinated effort represents the tissue, and moving the furniture is akin to the function that the tissue performs in the body.
